You don’t have to figure this out on your own.
Recovery isn’t just about stopping something. It’s about rebuilding a life that feels honest, meaningful, and sustainable.
I work with people who are trying to build something steady in their recovery, especially in the early stages or during seasons when things don’t look broken but don’t feel right either.
This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about taking the next honest step.
A little about who I am and how I came to this work.
I’m a person recovery.
For more than a decade, I served in ministry. Then alcoholism took that life apart.

Today, I’m a Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS). My coaching is grounded in both professional training and lived experience.
